Connect a thermal receipt printer to auto-print incoming orders.
Supported printers: Star Micronics TSP100 series, Epson TM-T88 series. Both connect via Wi-Fi to the same network as your ordering device.
Printer is connected but won't print
Confirm the printer and your ordering device are on the same Wi-Fi network. Try pinging the printer IP from a browser — if it doesn't respond, the IP may have changed. Check router settings for a DHCP reservation to keep the printer IP fixed.
Test print works but orders don't auto-print
Check that "Auto-print incoming orders" is enabled in Settings → Hardware. Also confirm the printer stays powered on when the restaurant is closed — some printers sleep and miss orders.
Print quality is poor or blank
Thermal paper loads with the heat-sensitive side (usually the shiny side) facing up. If it loads the wrong way, prints appear blank or very light.
