A send is one email to one person. Mailing a full list of 3,000 uses 3,000 sends, so Tier 1 covers about 3 full-list emails a month. A list of 3,000 emailing 3 times a week needs ~39,000 sends — we'll tell you which tier fits before you hit the limit. Only people who can be emailed count as contacts — unsubscribed ones don't. Upgrade prices are per restaurant account.

Is there really zero commission?
Yes. 100%. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep every dollar your customers spend. No per-order fees, no commission percentage, no hidden charges.
What does the $400 setup fee cover?
All the technical groundwork, done once before you take your first order: your branded online ordering page, your BOO dashboard and full menu setup, pop-up forms, 5 transactional email templates, email setup, DNS records, hosting setup, Google indexing, Google Analytics & Search Console, and schema tags for search. The marketing website around it is a separate choice -- we can build you one you own outright from $1,000, or attach ordering to the site you already have at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts and no cancellation fees — cancel any month with 20 days written notice before your next billing date, and we'll help you export your data. The 3 months the 3x guarantee needs are a condition of that guarantee, not a commitment we hold you to.
How long does setup take?
We go live in 48 hours after you send us your menu and logo. Most restaurants are taking orders within 2 business days.
What payment processor do you use?
Stripe. Funds deposit directly into your bank account. We never touch your money — we're not a marketplace.
What's the difference between Growth and Starter?
Growth adds the Kitchen Display System, done-for-you email marketing, SMS notifications, and priority support. It's built for restaurants actively trying to grow their online revenue.
What happens if my email list outgrows the plan?
Every plan includes Tier 1 email marketing: 10,000 sends a month to 3,000 contacts. If your list or send volume grows, you upgrade to the next tier for $50 to $200 a month per account (see the table above). Nothing is cut off silently — we flag it before you reach the limit.
