Boom Media LLC — Boom Online Ordering
By using Boom Online Ordering, you agree to the following terms.
Boom Online Ordering is a white-label online ordering platform provided by Boom Media LLC ("Boom", "we", "us"). Restaurant clients ("Clients") pay a monthly subscription fee for access to the platform, setup, and support services. End customers who place orders ("Customers") transact directly with the restaurant.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Boom does not charge commission on orders. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's standard fees. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, pricing, and allergen information. Clients are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through their Boom ordering page. Boom is not a party to the transaction between restaurant and customer.
Boom's liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid in the billing period during which a claim arises. Boom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
For restaurant clients: account information (name, email, business details), billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data). For end customers: order information (name, email, address if applicable, order contents), payment information (processed by Stripe).
Customer order data is used to process orders, send confirmations, and (with consent) for marketing communications. We do not sell customer data to third parties. Restaurant clients retain ownership of their customer data.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on Boom servers.
