Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Boom Media and Boom Online Ordering are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every customer should be able to browse a menu and place an order with ease — regardless of how they access the web.

Our standard

We design and build our ordering pages and client websites to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites.

What we build in

For our restaurant clients: accessible online ordering isn't just the right thing to do — inaccessible ordering pages are a common source of ADA lawsuits. When Boom builds or hosts your ordering page, accessibility is built in, so you're protected and every guest can order.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is a continuous process. We test with automated tools and manual review, and we update our platform as standards evolve. No website is ever perfectly accessible, but we treat any barrier as a bug to fix.
